Abstract: This study analyzed the financial position and performance of BDBL. Secondary data used from annual reports and statement of accounts for the selected years. The bank provides medium and long term financing to medium and large scale industry, factory or firm. The study observed that various ratios such as investment, liabilities, equity and fixed assets etc, here the ratios are lower than the norm. The Bank fund manages borrowing from other banks, financial institutions and also collected from Government of Bangladesh. Fund position is large but movement of fund is very solo. Abstract: This study aimed to define the socio-economic functions and traditional practices related to the production of Djelli Fulani cattle in Niger. It was carried out in four departments of the region of Tillabéry (Kollo, Say, Gothey and Téra) and the peri-urban area of Niamey, located along the Niger River which is the grouping area of breeders of the breed, using a semi-structured questionnaire. The results show that most of the farm managers surveyed (98.6%) are male, Fulani (85.1%) and the majority (51.1%) are older than 50 years. Livestock farming is mainly semi-intensive (97.1% in Gothey, 93.1% in Kollo, 100% in Niamey, 95.2% in Say and 94.1% in Téra) in all the departments of our area. 'study.
